• Stay DOT Compliant: Repair dispositions are synced back to your eDVIR system to stay DOT compliant.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Create a user using ryderconnect_onboarding@ryder.com as the email and set a password. 
   1. Be sure you have access to the appropriate group level to be able to access all assets.
   2. Be sure you have API access permission. You will need to read vehicle and trailer telematics info.
   3. You will also need to be able to read and write DVIR data.
   4. Email us back with the username / password.
2. Email ryderconnect_onboarding@ryder.com with the following:
   1. Let us know you want to set up eDVIR for Pedigree
   2. Customer Name or Lessee Number
   3. Password (pasted from above)
   4. Additional points of contact, if any
