These instructions are relevant for RyderConnect Fleet Sync, a tool designed to connect essential vehicle data to Ryder, and it only takes a few minutes to set up. Turning on RyderConnect Fleet Sync helps link critical vehicle data to Ryder and just takes a few minutes.
For OneView Fleet Sync users
Set up a user in Pedigree OneView
- Create a user by using ryderconnect_onboarding@ryder.com as the email address and set a password. Ensure the user has access to all assets at the appropriate group level. Confirm that the user has API access permission. They will need to read information about vehicles, trailers, and vehicle telematics. If setting up eDVIR, the user should also have the ability to read and write eDVIR data.

- Let us know you want to set up Fleet Sync for Pedigree
- Customer Name or Lessee number
- Password
- Additional points of contact, if applicable
