Step-by-Step Guide

1. Contact us at ryderconnect_onboarding@ryder.com with details about your current Omnitracs solution and which product you want to activate. We will work with Omnitracs to confirm if your solution is compatible.
2. Once we determine if your system is compatible, you must sign a Solera Data Sharing Authorization for Ryder through Solera. Contact your Solera Account Manager to request this document.
3. Once signed, please notify RyderConnect Onboarding at ryderconnect_onboarding@ryder.com, and we will proceed with the onboarding process.
