Why isn’t my unit appearing on RyderGyde™?
If a unit does not appear in the account, a few things should be checked first:
- You may be the first user for the account.
- You entered an FIS account number when you registered.
- Verification of a lessee number is listed in your profile.
- If the vehicle does not appear on the Enter Vehicle Readings page, sort or filter settings may be excluding it.
- The filter view may also need to be adjusted to show all vehicles.
How do I find units that appear on the Fleet page but are not on the Readings page?
Change the Show Me filter from Variable Rated to All Vehicles. This will ensure all units are displayed, including lease units and RPM lease contract units.
Why is my registration pending?
A pending status typically indicates one of the following: either the role or lessee number needs to be updated in the profile or registration is waiting for approval from a Ryder representative. For more information, visit our article Register for RyderGyde™ for more information.
Where can I find my current cab cards?
Cab cards are located in the Documents section on a vehicle’s Details page. To access this, go to the Fleet page and select the vehicle you want to view. Navigate to Documents to download your last 12 months of PM Sheets. If a cab card is outdated, please email now@ryder.com for assistance.

How do I enter my vehicle readings?

How do I track a roadside event?

How can I see only the vehicles I manage?
Use the global filter located at the top left of the page to limit the view to only the vehicles you manage.
How can I find my company's spend summary for the month?
Log in to rydergyde.com and navigate to Reports > Dynamic Date > Select All to view charges over a month shown in the filter.
Can I download reports?
Yes. Most reports can be downloaded so you can analyze the data offline or share it with stakeholders outside of RyderGyde™.
How can I switch KM to MPH in RyderGyde?
Readings are based on a vehicle's base domicile location. If a vehicle is from the United States and was taken to Canada, then readings will show as MPH. If a vehicle is from Canada and was taken to the US, readings will show as KM. These values cannot be changed, and they also show up in billing.
