This article examines how to view, schedule, and manage service appointments for smoother maintenance planning and better customer service. RyderGyde™ makes it easy to view vehicle appointments and gives you the correct service options you need.

Scheduling a Service Appointment

Requires Service

1. Log in to rydergyde.com.
2. Navigate to Maintenance > Requires Service.
3. You can scroll or search to find your unit, or in the tabs under Requires Service, you can select ‘PM Due’ for quick access to a vehicle in need of service. 
4. Select the Vehicle Number > Schedule Service. The vehicle's domicile location will be displayed. From here, you can see your Vehicle, Service Location, Services Due (PM and Open Defects), Services Requested, Drop-Off and Pick-Up. Services needed will be listed based on preventative maintenance, and available days are shown in black.
5. Select Schedule Appointment.

Viewing a Service Appointment

1. Log in to rydergyde.com.
2. Navigate to Maintenance > Appointments.
3. Identify the respective unit by scrolling or searching if needed.
4. As of this time, you can only see the appointment date and time.

During the scheduling process, you can choose to change the service location if needed. Online scheduling is only supported by the vehicle's domicile, but the user has the option to contact other locations and schedule directly with them.

Reschedule or Cancel a Service Appointment

To reschedule a service appointment, please call the shop you originally booked an appointment with. Please visit our Help Article Fleet Map Overview to see how you can contact a shop.
