This article covers how to setup Fleet Sync for Pedigree One View customers.

What is Fleet Sync?

Fleet Sync is a free Ryder service that connects data from your telematics provider with Ryder systems and RyderGyde. 

By securely sharing vehicle data such as mileage, location, fuel information, and vehicle diagnostics, Fleet Sync helps automate fleet management processes and improves visibility across your Ryder-supported fleet.

Setup Instructions

Set up a user in Pedigree OneView

1. Create a user by using ryderconnect_onboarding@ryder.com as the email address and set a password. Ensure the user has access to all assets at the appropriate group level. Confirm that the user has API access permission. They will need to read information about vehicles, trailers, and vehicle telematics. If setting up eDVIR, the user should also have the ability to read and write eDVIR data. 

Share the Password

Send an email to ryderconnect_onboarding@ryder.com with the following details:

• Let us know you want to set up Fleet Sync for Pedigree
• Customer Name or Lessee number
• Password
• Additional points of contact, if applicable
