This article covers how to setup Fleet Sync for Platform Science Fleet Plus (Trimble/PeopleNet) customers.

What is Fleet Sync?

Fleet Sync is a free Ryder service that connects data from your telematics provider with RyderGyde and other Ryder systems. 

By securely sharing vehicle data such as mileage, location, fuel information, and vehicle diagnostics, Fleet Sync helps automate fleet management processes and improves visibility across your Ryder-supported fleet.

Setup Instructions

1. Download and sign this Data Sharing Authorization & Consent Form. The CIDs field is your customer ID provided by Trimble. 
2. Email the completed form to us at ryderconnect_onboarding@ryder.com. Please indicate which integrations you want to activate (Fleet Sync or eDVIR). 
3. We will work with Platform Science to provision access. 
4. During the onboarding process, our team will provide you with detailed guidance and support to ensure a seamless integration experience. You will receive notifications at each stage to keep you informed of the progress.
5. After onboarding is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your integration details and any additional instructions to optimize your use of services.
