How to set up Verizon Connect Fleet Sync

These instructions are relevant for RyderConnect Fleet Sync, a tool designed to connect essential vehicle data to Ryder, and it only takes a few minutes to set up. Turning on RyderConnect Fleet Sync helps link critical vehicle data to Ryder and it only takes a few minutes.
For Verizon Connect Fleet Sync users
Set up Fleet Sync app.
- Log in to Verizon Connect.
- Select your account profile icon, then select Marketplace.
- Select API Integrations and choose Get Started.
- In the Account Details section of the data access form, complete the required fields, which include:
- Integration name: RyderConnect Fleet Sync
- Third-party name: Ryder
- Developer name: Ryder
- Developer email: ryderconnect_onboarding@ryder.com
- Review the Data Access Consent Form.
- Check the box to authorize Verizon Connect to give Ryder access to your data.
- Select Next, then select Confirm Request.
Notify Ryder
Send us an email at ryderconnect_onboarding@ryder.com to inform us that you have submitted the request, providing the following info in the email:
- Your name
- Company name
- Email address
- Lessee number, if available
Monitor Your Inbox For An Email From Ryder
After submitting your request, Ryder will initiate the setup process. This typically takes 2-5 business days. You will receive an email from ryderconnect_onboarding@ryder.com when the onboarding process has started and when it is complete.
