For Fleet Plus Fleet Sync users
Onboarding Instructions
- Download and sign this Data Sharing Authorization & Consent Form. The CIDs field is your customer ID provided by Trimble.
- Email the completed form to us at ryderconnect_onboarding@ryder.com. Please indicate which integrations you want to activate (Fleet Sync or eDVIR).
- We will work with Platform Science to provision access.
- During the onboarding process, our team will provide you with detailed guidance and support to ensure a seamless integration experience. You will receive notifications at each stage to keep you informed of the progress.
- After onboarding is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your integration details and any additional instructions needed to optimize your use of RyderConnect services.
