How to Register
Follow the steps or watch the video below to create your account.
- Open any web browser and go to rydergyde.com.
- Select Register.
- Enter your profile information and create a password, then select Sign Up.
- Check your inbox for a verification email.
- Select Verify Your Email to confirm your account.
- Choose your role, then select Next.
- Enter your lease account number, then select Next.
- Once complete, you'll be logged into RyderGyde™.

Common Questions
Why isn’t my unit appearing in RyderGyde™?
If you’re unable to locate a vehicle in your account, first, verify that your lessee number is listed in your profile. If the vehicle does not appear on the Vehicle Readings page, your sort or filter settings may be excluding it. Try adjusting the filter view to show all vehicles. If your unit still does not appear in RyderGyde™, please email now@ryder.com for assistance.
Where can I find my current cab cards?
Cab cards are located in the Documents section on a vehicle’s Details page. To access this, open the Fleet page and select the vehicle you want to view. Navigate to Documents to download the current cab card. If a cab card is outdated, please email now@ryder.com for assistance.
How do I enter odometer readings?
