Rydergyde.com is a web platform designed for RyderGyde™ fleet customers to manage their Ryder fleet in one spot. Fleet Managers are required to create a profile and register in order to access their account.

How to Register as a Fleet Manager
Follow these steps to create your account.
- Go to rydergyde.com.
- Select Register.
- Enter your user profile and select a password, then select Sign Up.
- Check your inbox for a verification email.
- Select Verify Your Email to confirm your account.
- Choose the Fleet Manager role, then select Next.
- Enter your lease account number(s), then select Next. Don't have these? Check with your Ryder account rep.
- You'll be logged into RyderGyde™.
Tip: Registration Approval
Some account requests may require additional verification.
- You may see an Access Request Pending message if manual review is needed.
- Verification can take 1–3 business days.
- Be sure to regularly check your email for updates and next steps.

What information do I need to complete registration?
Your personal user information, email, phone number, and one or more lease account numbers.
Where do I find my account lessee number?
Invoices or contracts will include your lessee numbers. If not known, contact your Ryder account representative.
