New Updates

• Insights on the Dashboard: Enhanced data for fleet performance and spend summary.
• Viewing your Connected Fleet: A view of the fleet map that shows a customer's connected vehicles and Ryder shop locations.
• Maintenance Center: The Shop page of the maintenance center shows whether a vehicle has been picked up after service is completed.

Insights on the Dashboard

The new Spend Summary provides fleet managers with a quick view of month-over-month fleet spending with additional information on performance by spend categories like Lease, Rental, Accident Repairs, Fuel, and Transactional Repairs. The insight is interactive, allowing users to drill into areas they might be interested in. In addition, users can download the entire data set, making it easier to access.

Viewing your Connected Fleet

• Lease Status Insights: Vehicles approaching the end of their lease term have visibility.
• Fleet Composition & Availability: A report showing active Lease and Rental vehicles, including rentals visible for up to 90 days.
• Global Fleet Filtering: Location-based filtering that helps users quickly identify and focus on specific vehicles.
• Telematics‑Enabled Fleet Map: A real-time map experience powered by RyderConnect that displays vehicle locations, tracked vs. untracked units, timestamps, vehicle details, Ryder Shop locations, and roadside service access.

Maintenance Center

The In the Shop page has now been updated with a geofenced location service when a vehicle is checked in for services at a shop. This feature will assist in maintaining a record of vehicles that have undergone service pickup.
