Spend Summary
How can I quickly monitor my costs?
The Spend Summary tile shows your spending with Ryder over the past six months, including vehicle leases, rentals, repairs, fuel, accident-related charges, and other expenses. Data is refreshed daily and is based on invoiced amounts.
Can I download detailed spend data?
Yes. Downloadable details include date, amount, charge, charge type, invoice number, and additional invoice-level fields.
Lease Status
What vehicles are departing from my fleet, and what new ones are arriving?
The Lease Status tile provides a snapshot of the number of vehicle leases nearing expiration and those currently on order. Downloadable details include access to vehicle-level information, such as domicile, VIN, SAM class, lease expiration date, license tag, and more.
Fleet Composition
How many lease versus rental vehicles do I have?
The Fleet Composition tile displays the structure of your fleet across Ryder product lines: ChoiceLease, SelectCare, and Rental. You can also see the total count of tractors, trailers, and trucks supplied by Ryder. Downloadable details include vehicle-level details, such as make, model, year, type, etc. Data is updated daily by 11 am Eastern Time.
Rental Activity
Which rental should I consider converting to leases?
The Rental Activity tile provides the number of rental vehicles that have been with your fleet for three months or longer and the cost in the last month. Downloadable details include rental agreement information, such as vehicle number, pick-up date, life-to-date cost, etc.
PM Currency
Which of my vehicles do I need to consider for an upcoming PM appointment?
The PM Currency tile displays the current status of your fleet with regard to preventive maintenance. Each vehicle is rated as current, within lead time, or overdue. Downloadable details include vehicle-level details, such as date of last PM, odometer readings, PM status, PM type, etc.
PM Currency History
How effective is my PM currency program?
The PM Currency History tile illustrates how your fleet's preventive maintenance activities have performed over the past three, six, or twelve months. It presents the condition of the fleet on the final day of each month as the representative reading for that month. This offers a historical trend that can be utilized to assess the effectiveness of your PM standard operating procedures.
Vehicle Utilization: Units Over Contracted Miles
Am I at risk of paying an over-contracted-miles penalty?
The Vehicle Utilization tile highlights the count of units in your fleet that are over the contracted mileage in one of three categories: over the life to date, over the last three months, or over the last 12 months. Downloadable details include vehicle-level details, such as rated miles, overage amount, overrun percentage, VIN, etc.
Estimates Summary
What estimates do I have outstanding?
The Estimates Summary tile provides a trend analysis over three months, showcasing the overall estimates for rebillables. The data for the current month extends up to the present date, so it is not meant to represent a complete month unless viewed on the last day of that month. It emphasizes estimates pending approval, estimates that have been approved, and estimates that have already been invoiced. Downloadable details include invoice-level information such as estimate status, date, amount, description of service, etc.
Roadside KPIs
The Roadside KPIs tile features three visuals that encapsulate the historical data on roadside service cases, average downtime, and the most common roadside issues. Users can choose to view either current- or past-year roadside case counts and can switch between the key issue drivers for the last 30 or 90 days.
Repair Orders Summary
What vehicles are out of service?
The Repair Orders Summary tile gives you a current view of repair orders in process with statuses from Preparing Work Order to Checked In to In Progress until Ready For Pickup. Downloadable details include repair order level information such as repair order number, status, appointment date, estimate ID, etc.
Odometer Reading Status
How many odometer readings do I still need to complete for this billing period?
The Odometer Reading Status tile offers a current perspective on the percentage of odometer readings recorded in RyderGyde™. Outstanding odometer readings consist solely of those that are manually updated during each billing cycle.
Connected Fleet: Fleet Utilization
Fleet Utilization allows you to compare your fleet's usage with that of a peer group utilizing the same types of vehicles. This comparison offers valuable insights into your vehicle utilization while also highlighting how the wider Ryder community is managing its fleets, helping you identify potential areas for improvement.
Connected Fleet: Fuel Efficiency
How is my fleet’s fuel efficiency measured?
The Fuel Efficiency tile compares your fleet’s fuel efficiency against the average of Ryder-connected vehicles that meet the same filter criteria.
What factors can influence fuel efficiency?
Driving habits, vehicle condition, tire pressure, load weight, weather, and other internal or external conditions can all impact fuel efficiency.

The Dashboard visual provides a simplified version of the benchmark. The report version offers a deeper analysis with additional filtering options.
