Each report is designed to provide insights that can help you make informed decisions, optimize operations, or track progress over time. You can customize the data views, set up automated alerts, and even collaborate with your team by sharing reports directly within the platform.

For a quick checklist on viewing reports, follow the steps below:
Viewing a Report
- Log in to rydergyde.com.
- Navigate to Reports.
- Select a report and click See Report. (See the list below for detailed descriptions.)
- Fill out the necessary parameters or filters for the report.
Downloading a Report
- After opening a report, hover over the icon next to the Filter icon.
- Select Export to PDF to download your report. You can also select Share to send this report to your fleet manager.
Subscribing to a Report
- Navigate to Reports > Subscriptions.
- Open a report to access subscription options and view reports.

Cost Management

| Spend Analysis | Dashboard with multiple views and timeline options for invoice data, including summaries by product line and charge type, repair history by VMRS system codes, customer unit numbers/hierarchy, invoice numbers, fleet make, model/year type, and manufacturer. |
| Billed Repairs & Roadside Assistance | The system generates reports that detail the billable charges for repairs and roadside assistance, including the invoice number, repair date, service description, labor hours, and the total amount spent on labor, parts, and tax services. |

Roadside Assistance

The report includes information on the customer's unit number, hierarchy, Ryder unit number, case number, VRMS system codes, and downtime. |

What is the difference between dashboards and reports?
Dashboards are interactive and allow you to explore data visually using charts, filters, and timelines. Reports provide detailed, tabular data that can be reviewed online or downloaded for further analysis.
Can I download reports?
Yes. Most reports can be downloaded so you can analyze the data offline or share it with stakeholders outside of RyderGyde™.
