The Dashboard is designed to give you a quick snapshot of your fleet's operational and maintenance status. It brings together information about vehicle health, preventive maintenance, service activity, and fleet composition so you can quickly understand the current state of your fleet and determine where attention may be needed.

PM Currency

This section helps you understand the overall maintenance status of your fleet. It shows whether vehicles are current on scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) activities and helps identify vehicles that may need upcoming or overdue service. Each vehicle is rated as current, within lead time, or overdue. Downloadable details include vehicle-level details, such as date of last PM, odometer readings, PM status, PM type, etc. Preventive maintenance helps keep vehicles operating reliably, reduces unexpected downtime, and supports vehicle longevity.

Shop Status

This section shows the current service activity for the fleet, including vehicles that are in the shop or have service appointments scheduled. You can monitor ongoing maintenance activity and see which vehicles are currently undergoing service or awaiting repairs.

Fleet Mix

This section provides an overview of the types of vehicles that make up the fleet, such as leased and rental vehicles. Understanding fleet composition helps you manage vehicle utilization, evaluate fleet strategy, and maintain visibility into your vehicle inventory.
