The Service Calls Report provides current and historical information about service events initiated through the Ryder Customer Response Center (RCRC) or a Ryder Shop. Understanding the Roadside Assistance Report

Use this report to gain visibility into service call history, identify recurring maintenance issues, and track vehicle downtime associated with roadside assistance events. The report contains service calls that were initiated through the Ryder Customer Response Center (RCRC), opened and managed by a Ryder Shop. associated with qualifying roadside assistance and maintenance events. For each service call, the report may include Customer Unit Number, Customer Hierarchy Information, Ryder Unit Number, Case Number, VRMS System Codes, Service Event Details, and Downtime Information (RCRC cases only).

Customers commonly use this report to review service activity across their fleet, analyze service call history by unit or location, track roadside assistance events, monitor vehicle downtime trends, identify recurring maintenance concerns, and support operational and fleet performance reviews. This report does not include service calls for customers who are billed for all service events, service calls related to operational issues, and non-qualifying maintenance or support activities outside the report scope.
