Step-By-Step Guide
For a quick checklist on creating a vehicle group, follow the steps:
- Log in to rydergyde.com.
- Navigate to Book Rentals. Selecting the Book Rentals feature will open a new window in your browser to the Booking Rentals page.
- Users can reserve rental trucks by location, vehicle type, dates, and units and manage existing reservations.
- Alternatively, navigate to rentals.ryder.com to begin. To reserve a vehicle, a user must Register for a Ryder Business Account.

Does Ryder provide renter's insurance?
Yes, The Ryder Protection Advantage offers both liability coverage and physical damage protection.
Can I rent an entire fleet of vehicles?
Yes, there is no limit to the number of rental reservations you can make.
Do I need a business to rent a truck?
Yes, Ryder only rents trucks for commercial purposes to registered businesses or carriers.
Can I rent for personal use?
No. Ryder rents trucks only for commercial purposes. Company must be a registered business. Ryder does not accept personal or one-way rentals.
