This article walks through how to view and export readings from RyderGyde™.

For Fleet Managers

Step-by-Step Guide

For a quick checklist on exporting your current readings, follow the steps:

  1. Log in to rydergyde.com.
  2. Select Readings.
  3. Select the search bar to find a specific unit or use the Filter button to locate a sub-fleet.
  4. To Export Click on the Export icon in the top right of the readings list and select the format.

Filtering to View Specific Readings

  • Variable Rate: This button defaults to a variable rate. This will show all units with a contractual variable rate.
  • Missing Readings: This button only shows units missing a reading for the current billing period.
  • All Vehicles: Only vehicles without a contractual variable rate are included in this button. This selection will be used to upload readings to help keep up with PMs for non-variable rate units.
