Filter with the Global Filter
This tool helps users quickly find and contact Ryder locations by searching ZIP code, city, state, or location type, with access to site details, directions, and phone numbers.
- Log in to rydergyde.com.
- Navigate to Location > Location Type.
- Select the locations you want to filter to, then select Apply.

Filter by Fleet
- Log in to rydergyde.com.
- Navigate to Vehicles > Fleet.
- Select the relevant filter categories, then select enter.

Know each vehicle you want to add? Search for multiple vehicles at one time, separated by commas. Group names can be updated at any time.

Can I create a new group using filters?
Yes. Go to Vehicles > Groups, select Create New Group, apply your desired filters, and save the group.
Can I search for specific vehicles when filtering?
Yes. If you know the vehicle numbers, you can search for multiple vehicles at once by separating them with commas.
Can I rename a group after it’s created?
Yes. Group names can be updated at any time.
