Viewing Vehicle Details

Step-By-Step Guide
For a quick checklist for viewing fleet and vehicle details, follow the steps:
- Log in to rydergyde.com.
- Navigate to Vehicles > Fleet, and in the search box, locate your vehicle by entering in the vehicle number, VIN, or tag.
- Tap the vehicle number to view its details, or select Actions > View Details. View all your vehicle details in the Overview, Maintenance, Mileage, Documents, and Specs tabs.

- Identify Maintenance Needs: The application automatically flags vehicles that require servicing based on a combination of mileage and telematics data.
- View eDVIRs: View completed Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (eDVIRs) submitted through RyderGyde™ or connected telematics providers.
- Track Service Status: Use the app to check the status of a vehicle currently in the shop for repairs.
- Scan for Info: Drivers can scan a VIN or Ryder barcode to instantly retrieve vehicle information.

Key insights to view vehicle details include the following:
- Access Vehicle Information: Within the app, select the specific vehicle to view its details, including maintenance history, mileage, and unit specifications.
- Scan to View: Drivers can scan the Ryder barcode or the manufacturer barcode on the vehicle to instantly pull up its information.
- Check Maintenance Status: Navigate to the Maintenance tab to view real-time data on vehicles currently in the shop, including the progress of repairs.
- Review Fleet List: Fleet managers can view a full list of their assigned assets to check on the status of each unit.
- Roadside Assistance: If a breakdown occurs, use the app to pull up vehicle information and directly contact roadside assistance.

How far back are documents available?
Documents from the last 12 months are available online.
Why don’t I see registration documents for Canadian vehicles?
Canadian registrations aren’t auto‑populated and must be requested by email.
What should I do if a document is missing?
Check that it’s within the last 12 months and tied to the selected vehicle.
Can I access vehicle information without searching?
Yes. Drivers can scan the Ryder or manufacturer barcode on the vehicle to immediately pull up its details.
How do I check if my maintenance information is up-to-date?
The Maintenance tab under Vehicles > Fleet displays real-time data for vehicles currently in the shop, including repair status.
How do I find my vehicle registrations?
The Documents tab under Vehicles > Fleet displays the current vehicle registration and PM sheets of the past year.
How can I tell which vehicles are currently in the shop?
The easiest way to locate a vehicle in the shop is by using the Live Fleet Map to search for it and view its current location and service status.
How do I contact the shop servicing my vehicle?
After locating your vehicle in the Live Fleet Map, the servicing shop’s name, shop number, address, and contact information are displayed.
How can I see only the vehicles I manage?
Use the global filter located at the top left of the page to limit the view to only the vehicles you manage.
