Saving documents
After downloading a document, you have the option to save it directly to your computer. To do this, select the download icon and choose a location on your computer where you’d like to store the document and confirm by selecting Save. This ensures that you have a local copy for future reference, even if you do not have internet access.
Managing your documents
Regularly reviewing and organizing your documents is a good practice to ensure you have all the necessary information readily available. Consider setting up a dedicated folder on your computer for vehicle-related documents, and periodically back up this folder to an external drive or cloud storage to prevent data loss.
Tip: Canadian Vehicles
Registrations for Canadian vehicles are not automatically populated; instead, use the registration email for manual requests.
Tip: Fleet Care Units
PM documents are unavailable for Fleet Care units.
