How to View Driver Inspection Documents
Quick Links
When a driver checks in to the shop using the RyderGyde™ Mobile app, Kiosk in the Shop, or rydergyde.com/checkin, defects are noted and sent to the shop, and a driver inspection is created.
Prior to the work being done, the defects will show an open status. Once the technician repairs the vehicle, then the defects will be dispositioned to either be repaired or be deferred. The shop defect is dispositioned and transmitted to the Ryder eDVIR hub. We now support showing driver inspections with defects from the TSPs in Vehicle Details.
