Appointments
- Log in to rydergyde.com.
- Navigate to Maintenance > Appointments page.
- Select the vehicle number to open the details. Alternatively, search for your vehicle number using the search bar tool.
In the Shop
- Log in to rydergyde.com.
- Navigate to Maintenance > In the Shop page.
- Select the vehicle number to open the details. Alternatively, search for your vehicle number using the search bar tool.
- If you can't find your vehicle number, select Track Vehicle Status, which prompts a new window allowing you to enter your vehicle number and its Drop-Off State/Province.
Requires Service
- Log in to rydergyde.com.
- Navigate to the Maintenance > Requires Service page.
- Select the vehicle number to open the details. Alternatively, search for your vehicle number using the search bar tool.

You can also take advantage of the detailed analytics provided to gain insights into the efficiency of your maintenance operations. By analyzing trends over time, you can identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures to reduce downtime.

Use the Maintenance view in RyderGyde to track vehicles that have appointments scheduled, are currently in the shop, or require service.

How do I add an ODM?
Ryder does not qualify the use of Outside Dealer Maintenance (ODM) on their vehicles. Please only use Ryder-certified maintenance channels.
