Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these steps to create a case from rydergyde.com.
- Log in to rydergyde.com.
- Select Roadside > Create.
- Enter the unit number or VIN.
- Allow and confirm the location.
- Select the issue and add contact information and relevant notes.
- Reviews the request, acknowledges you are not a robot, and taps Submit Request.
- The final page confirms the case has been created, displaying a case number.
- The request will go into a queue, and the roadside agent will reach out directly to the Driver to begin the process. Follow the agent's dispatch of a vendor, with the goal of arrival within 60–90 minutes.

Should a breakdown occur, drivers can also create roadside cases on their phone or tablet by opening roadside.ryder.com or the RyderGyde™ mobile app.
