2. Select Reports > Fleet > Spreadsheet > Preventive Maintenance (PM) Status Details > See Report. Alternatively, enter Preventative Status (PM) Details in the search bar tool. 
3. Select See Report, and this action will open a new browser window. 
4. Once the report is generated, you can explore the details to access the PM information you need.
