If you have a vehicle in the shop, use RyderGyde™ to track the repair status. 

The Status Tracker shows the expected completion date, parts that are on order, and notes from the mechanic. You can optionally receive notifications via text or email to keep you updated. Drivers can also track service status by signing up for alerts when they drop the vehicle off at the shop.

Step-By-Step Guide

For a quick checklist on status tracking, follow the steps:

  1. Log in to rydergyde.com.
  2. Navigate to Maintenance > In the Shop.
  3. Search for your vehicle number. 
  4. Select Actions > Track Status.
  5. A new browser window will open, showing the progress in the shop.
  6. Optionally, select the button Get Updates or Share Tracking.

 


Common Questions

How do I share the status with someone else?

Navigate to Maintenance > In the Shop, and search for your vehicle number. Select Actions > Track Status. Once a new browser window opens, select Share Tracking. 

 
 

Do I need to be logged into RyderGyde™ to view shop status?

No. If a status link for a unit is shared with you, simply click the link to open the tracker in your browser. No login is needed.
