New Updates

  • Vehicle Details Page: Enhanced vehicle-level information. 
  • Readings Page: Simpler readings entry process with new options for using the Bulk Upload spreadsheet.
  • Inclusive Help Center: Designed for self-service questions asked by users.

Vehicle Details Page 

  • The At a Glance tab flags required actions across fleet management tasks.
  • The Maintenance tab provides a consolidated view of a vehicle in a shop and its open defects.
  • The Mileage tab now includes last billed, latest, and historical readings in one spot.
  • The Documents tab makes it easier to access registration and PM sheets.

Readings Page

  • The Missing Readings feature allows the user to filter to units that need attention in the current billing cycle.
  • With inline editing, users can now enter readings with fewer clicks, and smart warnings alert users to keep from entering incorrect readings.
  • Exporting to keep a snapshot of readings and new Bulk Upload spreadsheets allows new options for uploading all variable or missing readings.

Inclusive Help Center

  • We designed our new Help Center to assist users in addressing their inquiries about vehicle details, fleet management, and other Ryder and RyderGyde-specific tools. Customers are expected to answer these questions on their own through the Help Center but can also contact Ryder Assist Now at 800-GORYDER or now@ryder.com for other help-related needs. Access to the Help Center starts here.
