Step-By-Step Guide
For a quick checklist for reviewing your invoice charges, follow the steps:
- Log in to rydergyde.com.
- Navigate to Reports > Cost > Spend Analysis > See Report.
- Navigate to the Choicelease tab.
- Filter by your timeframe, then select All for Product Line.
- Select the square with the three vertical dots, hover over Export, and select Excel.
- Navigate to your download folder to view the report.
Tip: Review Time
- View all of your invoice charges in and excel spreadsheet format
- All charges for the past 24 months will be available to be viewed and downloaded

The Spend Analysis Report provides a consolidated view of invoice charges pulled from your PDF invoices. It allows a user to review invoice charges in spreadsheet format, analyze transportation spend trends, and export data to Excel for deeper review and reporting.
How far back can I view invoice charges?
You can view and download invoice charges for the previous 24 months.
Can I download reports?
Yes. Most reports can be downloaded so you can analyze the data offline or share it with stakeholders outside of RyderGyde™.
How can I find my company's spend summary for the month?
Log in to rydergyde.com and navigate to Reports > Dynamic Date > Select All to view charges over a month shown in the filter.
