Ryder offers several ways to access invoice information, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your business processes. Whether you need invoice data delivered by email, integrated directly with your accounts payable system, or available through reporting tools, there are multiple solutions available.
For Fleet Managers
Invoice Extract
Invoice Extract provides detailed invoice information in a spreadsheet format emailed directly to you. PDF invoices can be sent by mail, and you can view and pay invoices online for free. To get started, contact InvoicingRequests@ryder.com for exact samples and assistance with setup.
Bulk Export: This feature allows you to request a bulk export of invoice data from the Invoices page rather than downloading only the data displayed in the grid. You can select a date range and request an invoice export where the initial export format is Excel, and you must select one or more lessee accounts before submitting the request. Validation prevents submission without a lessee selection. The exported file will be sent via email.

AP Integrations
AP Integrations provide business-to-business (B2B) transmission of invoice data directly into supported accounts payable systems.

RyderGyde Reports
RyderGyde Reports provide access to invoice information through reporting and analytics tools.
