If your fleet has multiple lessee accounts, you may need to add those accounts after you've registered. This article walks through how to add lessee accounts to your RyderGyde™ user profile.

Step-By-Step Guide

For a quick checklist on adding accounts, follow the steps:

  1. Log in to rydergyde.com.
  2. Select your initials within the circle, then select My Account.
  3. Select Edit above the account information section. 
  4. Select Add Another to open the input form.
  5. Enter your Ryder account number.
  6. Select the Save button in the Account(s) field.
  7. Select Add Another to add more accounts.
  8. Select Save below the Account Information box to finalize all added numbers.
  9. Log out, and then log back in to view all the newly added accounts.

 


Common Questions

Can I add more than one account?

Yes. You can add multiple account numbers by selecting Add Another after each entry. Once all account numbers are entered, select Account Information > Save to apply all changes.

 
 

What should I do if I entered the wrong account number?

If an incorrect account number was added, return to My Account > Edit, and update the account information as needed. Be sure to save your changes and log out and back in to refresh your access.

 
 

Why don’t I see my newly added accounts right away?

After adding account numbers, you must log out and log back in to RyderGyde™ for the changes to take effect. Once you sign back in, your newly added accounts should appear.
