Step-By-Step Guide
For a quick checklist on adding accounts, follow the steps:
- Log in to rydergyde.com.
- Select your initials within the circle, then select My Account.
- Select Edit above the account information section.
- Select Add Another to open the input form.
- Enter your Ryder account number.
- Select the Save button in the Account(s) field.
- Select Add Another to add more accounts.
- Select Save below the Account Information box to finalize all added numbers.
- Log out, and then log back in to view all the newly added accounts.
Common Questions
Can I add more than one account?
Yes. You can add multiple account numbers by selecting Add Another after each entry. Once all account numbers are entered, select Account Information > Save to apply all changes.
What should I do if I entered the wrong account number?
If an incorrect account number was added, return to My Account > Edit, and update the account information as needed. Be sure to save your changes and log out and back in to refresh your access.
Why don’t I see my newly added accounts right away?
After adding account numbers, you must log out and log back in to RyderGyde™ for the changes to take effect. Once you sign back in, your newly added accounts should appear.
