For Geotab Fleet Sync users

Set up Security Clearance

1. Log in to MyGeotab and navigate to People, then Clearances.
2. Scroll to the View Only Clearance, then type Engine into the search box below the name.
3. Select each permission so they are enabled, then select Add Sub-Clearance.
4. Name it RyderConnect Fleet Sync.
5. Select Save.

Add a RyderConnect User

1. Log in to MyGeotab and navigate to People, then Users & Drivers.
2. Select Add.
3. Enter the following information, then select Save:

• User: RyderConnect_Onboarding@ryder.com
• First Name: RyderConnect
• Last Name: Fleet Sync
• Auth Type: MyAdmin (Reseller Support)
• Security Clearance: RyderConnect FleetSync
• Groups: Optionally select a group associated with Ryder assets.

Share the User

Email ryderconnect_onboarding@ryder.com with the following information:

• Database name (found under your MyGeotab username)
• Customer name or Lessee number
• Add additional points of contact if applicable
