Step-By-Step Guide
For a quick checklist on creating a vehicle group, follow the steps:
- Log in to rydergyde.com.
- Navigate to Vehicles > Groups.
- Select Create New Group. Group names can be updated at any time.
- Select the relevant filter categories, then select Apply Filters > Update Group.
- Optionally, you can also select from a list of units in the fleet, then select Finish.
Sharing units with a User
- Log in to rydergyde.com.
- Navigate to Vehicles > Share Units.
- Select the vehicles you want to share.
- Enter the user’s details, such as their email address or user ID.
- Set the appropriate permissions level for the user’s needs.
- Select Share to grant access.
