Video Tutorial Step-By-Step Guide Status categories Notifications Common Questions When does a roadside case become trackable? How do I open the roadside tracker? Will I receive notifications during the process? What information is available in the tracker?

If you broke down and started a roadside case, use RyderGyde™ to track its status. The Roadside Tracker shows the status categories of your case. You can optionally receive notifications via text or email to keep you updated. Fleet Managers and Drivers can also track case status by signing up for alerts when they drop the vehicle off at the shop. Once a roadside case is created by a Driver or Fleet Manager, it becomes trackable. An agent will communicate with the driver, and the case will become active.
